Returns Policy
RISK-FREE CHANGE OF MIND RETURNS
You may return your rug for a refund less a $25.00 restocking fee.
Conditions:
- Please email us requesting a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. No returns will be accepted without this number
- Rug is returned within 7 days of you receiving your RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER to the address on the form we supply you
- Rug is returned in original condition and packaging is as new and undamaged condition
- The return authorisation number and address clearly marked on the packaging
- Any freight costs are at the customers expense. (Freight insurance is strongly recommended as Rug2u.com.au cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.)
- Please also allow three to five working days for a refund to be processed as this will allow time for the inspection and re-packing of the rug returned.
DEFECTIVE/DAMAGED RUGS
Rug2u.com.au prides itself on providing quality rugs at the best prices. All are inspected for quality, however, some slight imperfections may occur due to the manufacturing process.
If you believe your rug is defective, please email us requesting a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. No returns will be accepted without this number. We may request you send us photos of the damage/defect.
Defective items must be returned to the address specified when we issue the return authorisation number. Please ensure you return the rug in its original packaging with the return authorisation number and address clearly marked on the packaging.
Items must be returned within (7) seven days of the purchase date to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
Return freight costs are your responsibility. We suggest you also take out freight insurance as Rug2u.com.au cannot be held liable for any items lost in transit.
As soon as the defective rug is received, a replacement rug will be ordered or shipped or a refund issued in cases where it cannot be replaced.
DISCONTINUED OR CLEARANCE ITEMS
Please note that discontinued and clearance items cannot be returned, as they are offered at a greatly reduced price and will not be restocked.
INCORRECTLY DELIVERED RUG
Rug2u.com.au checks consignments for accuracy but mistakes sometimes happen! If you have received the wrong rug or size please email us requesting a RETURN AUTHORISATION NUMBER. No returns will be accepted without this number. We will organise with you to pick up the incorrect rug at out expense.
The incorrect rug must be returned to the address specified when we issue the return authorisation number. Please ensure you return the rug in its original packaging with the return authorisation number and address clearly marked on the packaging.
Items must be returned within (7) seven days of the issue on the return authorisation number to be eligible for replacement. Items will be replaced with the same item originally purchased. For items that cannot be replaced, a full refund will be offered.
